Refund policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within five (5) days of your delivery date. Return shipping is not free. You will be responsible for setting up the return shipment to zip code 73003.

If your order arrives damaged, please take full record of this upon opening the package so a loss claim can be filed with the carrier.

Five days after your delivery date, all sales are final. We do not offer returns on winding bars whatsoever.

Springs are heavy and costly to ship back and forth, so please double check your measurements and ensure you are ordering the correct items.
